Return Policy

Screens Depot will not issue refunds, credits or replacements on any Order that required custom cuts or special sizing except for following:

The kit(s) arrived in bad conditions due to negligence of the shipping company*.

Assembled or unassembled products with inaccurate specifications as indicated on your online Order and later on, on our Acknowledgment, or do not comply with our accuracy policy to within 1/8"

In any of the above-mentioned cases, please notify us via email, within 3 labor days from the receipt of the merchandize. You will be issued an RMA# and instructions on how to return the product. Screens Depot reserves the right to replace the product (s) or refund the purchase price at its option.

Screens Depot will not accept return product (s) if they are not in its new conditions and its original packaging.
Product(s) that arrive to us without an RMA#.

Screens Depot will not issue refunds, credits or replacements on any Order over 30 calendar days from original purchase date.

*All claims of shipping damage must be reported within 3 calendar days of receipt of the purchase. We will file a claim with the shipper and ship a replacement Order. Please keep the original package and contents until you receive the replacements, as the shipper may reserve the right to inspect the damaged goods.

Shipping Policy

The shipping dates may vary on products. Where possible, the estimated lead-time will be stated on your Acknowledgment — issued within 2 labor days after the Order is placed.

Manufactured, assembled or unassembled products may require up to 12 working days to prepare to ship. Most special Orders might require even more time, depending on current stock or Order volume. Occasionally products may be on back order. As a result, shipment may be delayed

All shipments are F.O.B. point of origin and all shipping charges shall be paid by purchaser in addition to the price of the products. The shipping charge will be stated on your invoice at check out.

Products are shipped insured against damage. In the event you receive your order with visible shipping damage, notify us immediately and read our Return Policy above.

Many of our orders are delivered by Fedex Ground Home Delivery. We reserve the right to change shipping carriers from customer selection based on pricing, geographical constraints and other economic or logistic issues that arise from normal business operations.

Truck Freight may be required on larger items.
